PeteEats is a large virtual space where you can find the local producers of our area. Every producer effectively has their own eCommerce here, even though it isn't an eCommerce in the traditional sense.

On PeteEats the list of products you want to buy is sent to the local producer's WhatsApp chat, and the purchase, booking or any delivery matters are then sorted directly in the chat between producer and customer.

This means anyone, thanks to PeteEats, can enjoy the benefits of eCommerce technology without having to build one.

This platform is aimed first of all at those people in our area who are tired of having to eat the anonymous, standardised food of the big multinationals, and who want to give our local producers back the importance they have in defending our culinary identity.

That's why PeteEats welcomes every local producer and retailer who has always fought tooth and nail to offer their neighbours the fruits of their land.

PeteEats was born because we grew tired of the injustices of this system, made worse by the crisis, and we decided to put technology at the service of those who have always worked fairly to defend the identity of our area.

We won't hide it: PeteEats is a social project and, for that reason, it is and always will be free.

For these reasons, our wish is that this platform brings together as many local producers and consumers as possible. If we all join together and transform, from the ground up, the way we buy and eat food, there's hope for the culinary identity of our tradition to rise again.
